Free Freight Allowed (FFA) Requirements: Orders valued @ $8,500.00 or greater and shipped via one of our preferred freight carriers within the Continental United States qualify for FFA.

Orders Valued @ Less Than $8,500.00: Do not qualify for FFA. These orders will be shipped freight prepaid via Less Than Truck Load (LTL) on one of our preferred freight carriers, and Six3Tile will invoice you for the freight cost.

Shipment Location: We will ship orders to your Distribution Center, Branch, or your customers' job site. Please include this on your Purchase Order along with any special requests, such as a liftgate delivery required.

UPS Shipments: A small order of Backsplash Pro Kits (approximately two or three kits) may be shipped via UPS. Please note that our Shower & Tub Surround Pro Kits exceed UPS shipment dimensions, so they must ship via Less Than Truck Load (LTL) freight.

Special Shipping Request Surcharges: Special requests may incur additional surcharges by freight companies, such as a guaranteed delivery date day, liftgate deliveries, or call ahead for an appointment to obtain inspection and approval by a specifically designated individual. If you have a special request, please note it when you place your Purchase Order with us at orders@alerismfg.com

Product and Shipment Packaging: We take every precaution to safely package and palletize Six3 Tile shipments. Each Backsplash Kit, Shower Surround & Tub Surround Kit is individually packaged in its branded box. The boxes are carefully palletized, shrink-wrapped, and strapped to the pallets to ensure the safe transit of your order.

Freight Damaged Shipments: We strongly recommend inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Should you receive some product that is damaged in shipment, please:

  1. Note it with the freight carrier's driver on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and if necessary, refuse the damaged product.
  2. Take photos and have the driver acknowledge the damage on the BOL.
  3. Freight companies will not accept any responsibility for damage claims if freight damage is not outlined on the BOL upon delivery.
  4. Take photos and have the driver acknowledge the damage on the BOL.
