1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by Six3Tile ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must also have an active Instagram account and follow @Six3Tile on Instagram at the time of entry and through the time of winner selection. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Six3Tile and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the link provided in Six3Tile’s social media post and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and any other required information. To be eligible, you must also follow @Six3Tile on Instagram at the time of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. No purchase necessary.

5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) free Six3Tile backsplash kit of their choosing (subject to availability). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $162.50. No substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent for the prize is allowed. Prize is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Six3Tile after the close of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (ii) any technical errors that may prevent an individual from submitting an entry; or (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process.

9. PRIVACY
By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from Six3Tile. Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties. 

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
